Toyota could be bringing a new plant to Illinois. State officials say they`ve been talking for awhile about the company expanding here because of surging sales. There`s no specific location in mind, but Vermilion County`s hopeful it could be considered. Economic leaders say they`re not getting excited about landing a deal with Toyota at least not yet, but if the opportunity came, Fithian could be pitched as a possible site.
