Updated: July 9, 2007
URBANA - A judge hopes for the earliest possible trial for an Urbana teacher charged with sexually abusing his students.
Jon White's case was pushed back again Monday after his laywer asked for more time to test DNA evidence. The judge said okay, but wants both sides to file any pre-trial motions within the next month.
The judge also allowed white to see his daughter with DCFS supervision.
White faces several counts of sexual abuse in Urbana and Normal.
He's due back in court in September.
