Champaign Fatal Fire

 CHAMPAIGN - An overnight fire in Champaign has claimed two lives.

Champaign County Coroner Duane Northrup says thirty-year-old Tom Keeton died at Provena Covenant Hospital in Urbana at 12:45 this morning. His stepson, five-year-old Robert Taylor, died at Carle Hospital in Urbana shortly after midnight.

The fire occurred at their residence at 2515 Brett Drive in Champaign shortly before midnight. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Champaign Fire and Police Departments.
