A robbery suspect who police say shot a Douglas County Sheriffs Deputy is now held up in a bank in Arcola. Police say Chief Deputy Tommy Martin was shot in the face by one of the suspects. We have no word on his condition at this time. Police now have the First Mid-Illinois Bank surrounded and the area around it has been locked down.
