Murderer Sentenced

Updated: June 18, 2007
A Ford County man was sentenced today to more than 70 years in prison for murdering his estranged wife's boyfriend and trying to kill her.

A second jury convicted David Hari back in April. The state supreme court overturned his first conviction because the jury never heard if Hari's medication may have caused him to commit the crime.

Today's sentence is exactly the same as what he got the first time.
