A bar owner in Champaign says he's been burned by the smoking ban. He's had to fire four workers because of lost business. Owner Chad Pitcher says, "We usually carry 15-17 people at a time. Now, we're down to 11, and we might be down two more soon." Pitcher says the ban has caused another problem: every time smokers open doors to go outside, his high power bill gets even higher. He says he'll continue his push for Champaign to reverse its decision, so he can keep his employees. Pitcher says a statewide ban may be the only fair way to be smoke-free.
