Council will consider retirement village expansion

URBANA -- The city council will talk about a possible expansion project at its meeting Monday night. Clark-Lindsey Retirement Village wants to add more buildings to its community.

The group plans to build 16 attached town-home units for its residents. About 250 people currently live in the village, which was first built in 1973.
