CHAMPAIGN -- The Illini game was on early Thursday, but true fans didn't let work work get in their way. They spent their lunch break at Pia's Sports Bar and Grill.

It wasn't for nothing. The game turned out to be one of the most intense of the season. Fans say it's not something they'd miss.

"It's pretty big here. The food's good, everybody is enthusiastic, this is definitely a great place to catch a ballgame," Ben Unander said.

The game was tied until the final minutes with the Illini taking the win in the last seconds.
