Inn Blueberry Muffins
2 Cups Self -raising flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Grease muffin pan
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl : stir in remaining ingredients, divide mixture among pan holes,
Bake muffins @350 for 20 minutes . If you the older muffins pan which are smaller you will get 12 muffins
