Quinn calls for concealed-carry appeal

SPRINGFIELD -- Governor Quinn wants to take the state's concealed-carry ban to the U.S. Supreme Court. He wants the state's Attorney General to appeal a ruling declaring the ban unconstitutional.
Quinn says violence has become an "epidemic" in some parts of Illinois. He wants the state to be the nation's leader in keeping the ban in place.
Lisa Madigan says she hasn't decided whether she'll appeal. Lawmakers have until June to create concealed-carry legislation.

Quinn and emanuel or whatever his name is want us unarmed,that is how they will feel safe.Then they can dictate what and how we will do things...wake up people,you can't defend yourself with a ball bat.....
