Senator wants to extend his reach

CLINTON -- A state senator is trying to cover more ground in his district. Chapin Rose (R), who represents the 51st District, is opening a new office in the DeWitt County Farm Bureau.

It will only be open Thursdays, 9 am - noon, but Rose says it should help him better connect with people in DeWitt and McLean counties.
