DECATUR -- One man is accused of drunk driving. A Macon County Deputy arrested Terry Smith early Thursday morning.

The deputy stopped for a red light on 22nd Street, when he noticed the driver next to him was passed out. As he walked up to the car, it started to move.

The deputy had to jump in and stop it. They also found four loaded guns in the car. Authorities say Smith's FOID card had been revoked.
