Shelbyville hires Mark Ramsey

SHELBYVILLE - Shelbyville has hired former Central A&M football coach Mark Ramsey to lead the Rams' program.  Ramsey retired after 30 years in Moweaqua, where he won more than 200 games and a state championship.  Now he is headed to conference-rival Shelbyville, where he takes over for Stan Wienke who retired last month.
