Student loans make AG's Top 10 list of complaints

ILLINOIS -- A new list shows people are having problems with their student loans. Attorney General Lisa Madigan released her annual top ten list of consumer complaints.
For the first time, student loans made that list. The vast majority of complaints are about for-profit colleges and deceptive lending practices. Other complaints included phone and cable companies as well as identity theft.
