CHAMPAIGN - Illinois seniors Karisma Penn and Adrienne Godbold earned All-Big Ten honors today.  Godbold was named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year by the coaches.

Another senior Karisma Penn was named First Team All-Big Ten by the media, but was dropped to the Second Team by the coaches.  At 19 points and 10 rebounds per game, head coach Matt Bollant thought Penn didn't get nearly the respect and recognition she deserved.
