Wanted man turns himself in

URBANA -- A Tolono man featured in a Crime Stoppers report Monday, has turned himself in. 45-year old Dale Stump is wanted for theft.

Police say he took steel from a construction site. Stump also had an outstanding warrant for forgery in an unrelated case. He's expected to be formally charged Friday.
