Primary to determine Jackson, Jr., replacement

CHICAGO -- People are voting in the primary election to replace disgraced congressman Jesse Jackson, Junior. Turnout is expected to be low because of a winter storm.
The primary comes three months after Jackson resigned. He'd taken a leave-of-absence to be treated for a bi-polar disorder.
He pleaded guilty last week to misusing campaign money to support a lavish lifestyle. Jackson faces up to five years in prison when he's sentenced in June.
