Family escapes overnight fire

SIDNEY -- A family is safe after escaping a house fire early Friday morning. The home is at 101 West Main Street.

Crews responded about midnight. The family living there escaped safely. The fire chief says the cause is still under investigation. No word on the extent of the damage.
