Stolen vehicle submerged in lake

DECATUR -- Police are investigating a stolen vehicle. It was taken about 6:30 am, Monday, from a driveway in the 200-block of South 22nd Street.
Less than three hours later, the vehicle was found submerged in Lake Decatur at the Nelson Park boat ramp with a brick on the accelerator. The vehicle was a 2004, dark blue, GMC Yukon valued at $12,000.
