DANVILLE -- City leaders may get help deciding on a utility program. The city council will vote on whether to hire and advisor. Good Energy would help get bids to see how much people would pay.

Citizens will vote in April on allowing electrical aggregation in the city. The program is expected to help homeowners save money.
