No Bake Brownies
Base:
- 2 cups walnuts
- 13
ounces pitted baking dates
-
t. orange zest
-
t. sea salt
- 2
t. vanilla
- 1
avocado pitted and peeled

c. cocoa
Frosting:
- 3
avocados pitted and peeled
- 1/8th
t. sea salt
-
c. cocoa
-
c. honey OR agave nectar
Directions:
1. In a food processor, mix all the BASE ingredients
then pat into a 9 x 10 pan.
2. Then add all frosting ingredients and mix in food
processor until smooth and creamy.
3. Spread over base.
4. Freeze at least 2-3 hours.
Cut and serve cold.
