CHAMPAIGN -- A Kid to Know's passion about his hobby could be his ticket to success. Rontez McClure is a senior at Central High School. He started his own business making candles.

He got the idea through an entrepreneurship program at UI this summer. Rontez decided to keep it going. He says making candles is easy, it's the running a business which can be tough.

Rontez has good incentive to keep rolling out those candles. He's raising money to go to "Act So," a national competition in Florida. It gives out various awards including one in business entrepreneurship.
