LOGAN COUNTY -- Lawyers on both sides of a Logan County murder trial are gearing up for court. Christopher Harris and his brother, Jason, are accused of killing five members of a Beason family in 2009.

Lawyers want the jury to visit the home where it all happened, and the state wants to show the pair took drugs in the hours leading up to the murders. A judge still has to "okay" all the evidence. The trial is set for the end of April.
