MONTICELLO -- A woman is arrested for driving under the influence. Champaign County Sheriff's deputies say they found 19-year old Julie Walsh pulled over on the side of the road.

Walsh told the deputy she had to finish writing a paper. That's when he noticed the hood of her car was damaged.

The deputy learned Walsh had had a few drinks, drove through a ditch and hit several stop signs before stopping on the side of the road.
