Suspect sought for stealing cigarettes

SPRINGFIELD -- Police are investigating a robbery and aggravated battery. It happened about 7:30 pm, Sunday, February 3, at the Walgreens in the 3200-block of Clearlake. A suspect entered the store, jumped the cashier's counter, pushed the attendant and grabbed packs of cigarettes.
The suspect is a black man, in his 40's, about 5'9", skinny-build. He was wearing a dark-green or black coat, khaki pants and a Domino's Pizza hat.
