Sexual contact in August leads to arrest

RANTOUL -- Police say a 19-year old man is accused of having sexual contact with a 12-year old. Christian Rudzinski was arrested Tuesday. Police say the contact happened in August.

An officer found Rudzinski and the girl in a parked car, but each gave conflicting stories. Rudzinski was released, but now police say they have enough evidence to charge him with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
