IDOC gets info system upgrade

SPRINGFIELD -- The Illinois Department of Corrections is getting a technological upgrade. IDOC says "Offender 360" will help staff make more effective and informed decisions regarding offenders.

The new information system will be phased in over the next several years. It will eventually replace the aging 1980's system now in use.
