Gonzales hired at Mississippi State

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Former Illinois co-offensive coordinator Billy Gonzales has been hired as the wide receivers coach at Mississippi State.  Gonzales spent just one season at Illinois.

"I've had the chance to work with Billy and the opportunity to add him to our staff was one we couldn't pass up," MSU head coach Dan Mullen said in a statement. "His experience in developing receivers speaks for itself and he has consistently and relentlessly recruited top players at every stop of his career."
