Homeowners warned about banned business

SPRINGFIELD -- A Florida-based company was banned from selling in Illinois, but it looks like even the law won't stop the company. Now, state officials are warning people about Arkidus Home Protection.

The company sells home appliance warranties online. Officials say the company doesn't have the proper certification which puts customers at risk. Some complained they've never been reimbursed for claims.
