More businesses could serve/sell alcohol

URBANA -- Three new businesses could soon be selling or serving alcohol in town. City council members tentatively approved the change Monday night.

The Tin Roof Tavern on Cunningham and Mas Amigos on University would both be allowed to serve liquor, while Casey's General Store, also on University is approved to sell alcohol. The proposal goes up for formal vote at the council's next meeting.
