Man hurt when gravel truck flips

PIATT COUNTY -- A morning accident sent a DeWitt County man to the hospital. Charles Penny was driving a gravel truck when it flipped on its side. It happened at I-72 and Route 10.

Rescuers had to remove Penny from the truck. No word on his injuries. Police gave Penny a ticket for failing to slow down to avoid an accident.
