Testimony begins in Fenn Trial

URBANA -- Testimony against a man accused of shooting another started Tuesday. 23-year-old Ardis Fenn is charged with aggravated battery. He's accused of shooting a man in the leg last summer.

That victim was set to testify, but was killed in a shooting last week. A new trial was started Monday after a mistrial was declared last week.
