SAVANNA -- The state is literally giving away a bridge for free. It's a half mile long connecting the town of Savanna to a small town in Iowa.

The state wants to tear the bridge down and build a new one, but because of its historical significance, the state has to offer it for free to anyone who is willing to maintain it.
