Five pounds of prime rib in one hour

CHAMPAIGN -- Three teams of two eaters volunteered to eat prime rib for charity. Billy Barooz hosted the eating contest Saturday.
Each team raised money for a charity of its choice and ate as much prime rib as they could. The world record holder for beef eating was there to watch the competition.
The money is still being totaled, but the eaters raised over $4,500 for charity. Together, all six guys ate over twenty pounds of prime rib.
