Auditor General arrested for DUI
Updated: February 12, 2013
The police report says he had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath; glassy, blood-shot eyes and failed all field sobriety tests. Holland refused a breathalyzer chemical test on the scene. That means, if convicted, he automatically loses his license for a year. He's still allowed to drive on a temporary permit through the end of March.
Holland is due to appear in court March 14. His spokesman says the DUI arrest will not impact the Auditor General's office.
