Man flees when officers serve warrant

CHARLESTON -- Police arrested a man who fled when officers tried to serve a warrant. 28-year old Timothy Stutts, of Ashmore, took off from the 600-block of 8th Street.

He was later taken into custody in the 600-block of 14th Street. He's being held on a parole violation for methamphetamine and contempt of court.
