One man killed in shooting

DANVILLE -- The name of the man killed this week has been released. 23-year old Deandre Dunbar died from a single gunshot.

It happened Tuesday outside his apartment in Fair Oaks. No arrests have been made.

DANVILLE -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting. A 24-year old man was found wounded Tuesday night in the 900-block of Lewis Lane in Fair Oaks about 11 pm when police responded to a call of shots fired.

Witnesses told police there might have been several people involved in a fight resulting in the gunfire. The victim was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
