CHAMPAIGN -- Some people are having breakfast for dinner since it's National Pancake Day. IHOP is serving up free short stacks. The restaurant on Green Street has been packed with pancake lovers since 7 am.

Donations from the event will help the Children's Miracle Network. Event organizers say the funds go straight to kids who need it most. The goal is $3 million nationwide. The event lasts until 10 pm.
