URBANA -- City leaders will vote on plans at Monday night's meeting which could complete two projects.

Council members will consider an amendment to help fund a street lighting improvement project on the city's north side. They're also considering a pathway between Lanore and Adams streets on the southeast side.

The amendment would reallocate block grant funds. City leaders say they've budgeted for the changes.
