CHICAGO -- A convicted killer is back in custody after being mistakenly set free. Steven Robbins was captured late Friday near Kankakee. He had been on the run for three days.

Robbins was mistakenly released from a Cook County jail early last week. He'd been transported there from a state prison in Indiana to clear a 20-year old outstanding warrant. Robbins is back in the custody of Indiana corrections where he's serving a 60-year sentence.
