3 Minute Grill: Super Bowl meatballs with L.A. Gourmet- Part 1

It's time to get ready for the big game, and that, of course, starts with the food.
L.A. Gourmet shows us how to make the perfect meatballs.
LA's MEATBALL RECIPE
5 lbs Ground Beef
5 Eggs
2 C Onion, chopped
1 1/4 C Bread Crumbs
3/4 C Grated Parmesan
3/4 C Milk
3 T Creole Mustard
2 T Garlic
2 1/2 t. Basil- dried
2 1/2 t. Oregano- dried
2 1/2 t. Parsley- dried
2 1/2 t. Emeril's Essence
2 1/2 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
2 1/2 t. Worcestersire Sauce
1 t. Hot Red Pepper Sauce
3 T Vegetable Oil, if cooking on stove top
3 T Unsalted Butter, if cooking on stove top
SAUCE RECIPE
5 C Ketchup
2 C Grated Onion
2 T Garlic
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Red Wine Vinegar
4 T Worcestersire Sauce
1 t. Black Pepper
4 t. Salt
(Let Cook for 20 minutes at least)
