Arrests made in teen homicide

BLOOMINGTON -- Police arrested two people in connection with the death of a teenager. Kuantrae Massey was shot to death last week at the Danbury Court Apartments on Ginger Trail.

Larron Carroll, 17, a student at Normal Community High School, was charged Thursday with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated battery with a firearm, possession of a stolen weapon and obstruction of justice. He's being held on $500,000 bond.

Police also arrested a 16-year old male. He's also charged with obstruction of justice. He was released to his parents.
