Food Facts: Healthy Super Bowl Chicken Nuggets

As people sit down to enjoy the big game, they could be indulging in some big diet busters.
We're learning how to rethink the traditional chicken wing.

Also, if you're into dipping, try this better-for-you sauce.

Honey Mustard Sauce

cup mayonnaise

3 Tablespoons of honey

2 Tablespoons of yellow mustard

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

2 Tablespoons of Orange juice

 

Combine all ingredients except the OJ stir well pour in OJ a little at a time according to taste.
Cover and chill for 2 hour before serving
