HOMER -- The village board will not vote on a water and sewer agreement Monday night. The special meeting was cancelled because board members and the public haven't had enough time to review the contract.

Village leaders are considering selling water and sewer services to Sunrise Coal. The contract will be considered at the board's regular meeting next month.
