CNN -- There's a new chapter in the Casey Anthony case. Friday, an appeals court tossed out two convictions against Anthony for lying to police. The court upheld two others.

Anthony's defense argued police didn't read her Miranda Rights and Anthony believed she was under arrest during questioning. Anthony was tried and acquitted in the 2008 death of her 2-year old daughter, Caylee.
