Donation period for scammed grandparents nearing end

RANTOUL -- A man is fighting back against scammers and trying to replace the money taken from his grandparents. Chuck and Nancy Padilla were scammed out of $100,000.

Their grandson, Brian, set up an online fundraiser. So far, people have donated $6,000. His goal is $10,000. There are only nine days left for the fundraiser.
