DECATUR -- A plan is now in place to fix Lake Decatur's Asian carp problem. The city's water department plans to build a screen on the dam this summer. The project will cost about $250,000.

City leaders say it's the best and most cost effective way to keep the invasive fish out. Hanson Professional Services is putting final touches on the design and contract. Bids will be taken this spring.
