Multiple car accident kills woman

MACON COUNTY -- One woman is dead following a crash. Multiple cars were involved in the accident near Illinois Route 48 and Andrews Street Road.

80-year old Mary Blome, of Stonington, was killed. Several others were taken to the hospital. No word on the extent of their injuries.
