BBB offers warning on children's apps

Updated: January 22, 2013
WCIA-3 News -- The Better Business Bureau offers a warning about children's apps and their privacy. A study done by the Federal Trade Commission found 60% of the apps available through iTunes and Google Play did not offer any information about the data the apps are collecting and why.

The study also found just 20% of the apps it looked at disclosed privacy policy information. The Better Business Bureau has suggestions for parents to protect kids. Click here to see the article.
