What's For Dinner? Comfort Food

Stuffed Baked Split Chicken Breasts
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, center split for stuffing
Extra virgin olive oil
1 box chicken flavor stuffing, made as directed
add 1/2 of 1 onion, diced 
add 1 whole apple, diced

Mashed Potatoes
2 lbs cubed potatoes of choice
1 stick butter 
1 block cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
2 1/2 cups quick biscuit mix
2/3 cup of milk
1 8 oz bag finely shred cheddar cheese
butter and garlic mix to coat finished biscuits
4 tbsp butter, salted sweet cream
1 tsp garlic powder
